Sourcing runs on a private talent graph of the deep-systems and AI-infrastructure ecosystem, built and maintained in-house and refreshed nightly. It resolves engineers across public evidence of their work (commits, papers, launches, team movements), so a search starts from the whole landscape rather than active applicants. The graph informs the search; relationships close it.
